Avui: assemblea. Un projecte per augmentar la participació a l’esplai

Abstract

La participació és el procés de compartir les decisions que afecten a la pròpia vida i a la vida en comunitat. És un procés d’aprenentatge constant que cal estimular, incentivar i ensenyar per tal que els infants vagin adquirint nivells d’autonomia i de responsabilitat cada cop més elevats. Per aplicar aquesta participació s’ha triat l’esplai El Refugi de Santa Perpètua de Mogoda ja que l’esplai es considera una escola de ciutadania on s’aprèn el concepte d’autogestió, de responsabilització, d’implicació i de compromís amb un mateix i amb la societat que l’envolta. S’ha triat un grup composat per infants de 10-11 anys anomenat Aiuix per observar un procés de millora de la participació. La metodologia d’investigació escollida ha estat la investigació - acció ja que l’objectiu és millorar la pràctica educativa per tal de comprendre, avaluar i canviar la situació. Per duu a terme aquesta investigació - acció, s’ha utilitzat les següents estratègies metodològiques de recollida de dades: la revisió documental, l’observació participant, el grup de discussió i el diari de camp.

The participation is the process of sharing the decisions that affects on your own life and the community. This is a constant learning process that needs to be stimulated, encouraged and taught to the children. This is how they will achieve a higher level of autonomy and responsibility. To apply this participation model, it was chosen the leisure educational center (esplai) El Refugi in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda. This center was perceived as a civic school where self-management, responsibility, commitment and involvement towards the society are learned. The project was focused on a group of 10-11 years old children named Aiuix with the main aim of observing their participation improvement. The research methodology was the research – action model in order to understand, evaluate and change the previous situation. There were used the following research techniques in order to collect data: bibliographic research, participant observation, focus group and a field diary.
