Diversitat cultural dins l'aula. Inconvenient o riquesa? La immigració a Ripoll i a les seves escoles

Abstract

L’objectiu principal d’aquest treball és descobrir i conèixer quin ha sigut el procés migratori a Ripoll i com aquest s’ha gestionat des de les escoles, per tal d’esbrinar quines han sigut les necessitats que han portat al municipi i als diferents centres escolars a reestructurar el seu funcionament, per tal de facilitar la integració de les famílies nouvingudes i la incorporació dels fills i filles d’aquestes en les escoles catalanes. D’altra banda, a través d’aquesta recerca i com objectiu implícit, es busca saber com des de l’escola, l’equip educatiu i els infants d’aquesta, valoren aquest nou escenari plural, carregat de diferències i sabers diversos, els quals obren les portes a un món més complex i divers.

The main aim of this thesis is to discover and know what have been the migration process in Ripoll and how have managed it at schools in order to find out what needs have made the town and different schools to restructure how they work to facilitate the integrations of newcomer families and the inclusion of these children at Catalan schools. Moreover, this research has an implicit aim: figure out how schools, educational team and all the pupils value this new plural stage, full of differences and diverse knowledge, which open the door towards a more complex and diverse world.
