Les empreses gasela de la Catalunya Central: Rellevància d'Osona

Abstract

La nostra investigació pretén posar de manifest les característiques diferencials de les empreses més dinàmiques de la Catalunya Central identificant-ne els factors d’èxit (mitjançant un qüestionari respost per les empreses de la mostra) per determinar l’estratègia que segueixen aquestes empreses tractores de l’economia de les comarques del Bages, el Berguedà, la Cerdanya, la Garrotxa, Osona, el Ripollès i el Solsonès. També s’han analitzat els indicadors financers, que permeten diagnosticar la seva salut econòmica i financera. El treball pretén donar pautes del comportament empresarial de les empreses gasela de la Catalunya Central per facilitar el desenvolupament i la promoció empresarial de la zona objecte d’estudi.

Our research aims to highlight the distinctive features of the most dynamic companies in Central Catalonia through identifying the success factors (using a questionnaire answered by the companies in the sample) to determine the strategy applied by these driving firms of the economy of the subprovinces of Bages, Berguedà, Cerdanya, Garrotxa, Osona, Ripollès and Solsona. We have also analyzed the financial indicators, which allows for the diagnosis of the economic and financial health of these firms. The work aims to provide guidelines for corporate behavior of the gazelle firms of Central Catalonia to facilitate business development and promotion of the area under study.
