El mapa radiofònic local d'Osona

Abstract

El present Treball Final de Grau té la intenció de dibuixar el mapa radiofònic local de la comarca d’Osona durant la temporada 2016-2017. Per aconseguir-ho, s’han consultat diversos autors especialistes en la comunicació local, i en concret, en el mitjà radiofònic de proximitat per poder crear una bona base sobre la que començar a construir el treball i deixant clars tots els conceptes dels que es parlaran i tractaran durant la discussió de cas. El gruix principal del treball i el que li dóna un toc distintiu i propi és el fet d’haver escollit un tema molt proper que ha permès analitzar i parlar amb cada un dels responsables de totes les emissores locals de la comarca d’Osona durant aquesta temporada. Per tant, la discussió de cas no està basada en una part de la mostra, sinó en la seva totalitat, per conèixer la realitat radiofònica local osonenca en aquesta temporada 2016-2017. Actualment a la comarca d’Osona hi ha 13 emissores de ràdio locals, de les quals set són de titularitat municipal (Ràdio Taradell, Ràdio Ona (Torelló), Ràdio Pista (Els Hostalets de Balenyà), Ràdio Manlleu, Ràdio Voltregà, Ràdio Roda i Ràdio Montesquiu), cinc són privades (Ràdio Vic, SER Osona, Els 40 Osona, El 9 FM i Ràdio Ciutat de Vic) i Ràdio ARRC és l’única emissora comunitària de la comarca. Osona és una de les comarques que té més emissores locals, fins i tot un poble com Montesquiu de menys de 1000 habitants disposa d’una ràdio municipal. A la vegada, però, sorprèn com no hi ha cap emissora local de titularitat municipal a Vic, tot i ser la capital d’Osona. En aquesta ciutat, el paper de ràdio local s’ha assumit des del sector privat, i històricament ho fa fet l’emissora Ràdio Vic. També hi ha El 9 FM (l’emissora del grup El 9 Nou), però aquesta està més enfocada a un àmbit comarcal i a d’altres aspectes, com el fet de no apostar per col·laboradors dins de la seva programació, que la descarten com una emissora local d’una ciutat o poble concrets. D’altra banda, poder realitzar aquest treball durant el curs 2016-2017 ha coincidit amb la posada en funcionament de Ràdio Ciutat de Vic, l’emissora més jove de totes les que hi ha a la comarca i que aposta per un format estrictament online. La seva emissió en directe és exclusivament en línia a través de la xarxa. Com es pot observar, dins d’una mateixa tipologia d’emissores, com poden ser les privades, hi ha diferències. És el cas també de les municipals, que tot i compartir característiques com la vocació de servei públic o donar l’oportunitat a joves interessats en el món de la comunicació i el periodisme, també tenen les seves diferències. En alguns casos, com les emissores de Taradell, Sant Hipòlit de Voltregà, Montesquiu, i Els Hostalets de Balenyà, el seu funcionament i gestió és dut a terme totalment per col·laboradors, mentre que emissores com Ràdio Ona de Torelló, Ràdio Manlleu i Ràdio Roda tenen professionals en plantilla per tirar endavant la ràdio.

This Final Project intends to draw the map of the local radio in Osona during the 2016-2017 season. To achieve this, several authors have consulted specialists in the local media, specifically in the vicinity of the radio to create a good basis on which to begin building work and make clear that the concepts of talk and discussed during the discussion of the case. Therefore, the discussion of the case is not based on a part of the show, but as a whole, to know the reality Osona local radio this season 2016-2017. Currently in Osona there are 13 local radio stations, seven of which are municipally owned (Ràdio Taradell, Radio Ona (Torelló), Radio Pista (Els Hostalets de Balenyà), Ràdio Manlleu, Ràdio Voltregà, Ràdio Roda and Ràdio Montesquiu), five are private (Radio Vic, SER Osona, Els 40 Osona, El 9 FM and Ràdio Ciutat de Vic) and Ràdio ARRC is the only community radio station in the region. Its live broadcast is exclusively online through the network. As you can see, within the same type of broadcasting, such as private, there are differences.
