En el present estudi s’ha portat a terme una investigació sobre els nivells d’activitat física dels infants de sisè de primària de Roda de Ter, en horari lectiu i no lectiu, diferenciat segons sexe. El treball està relacionat amb l’especialitat d’Educació Física.
L’objectiu del treball és conèixer els nivells d'activitat física que tenen els nens i nenes de 6è de primària escolaritzats al municipi de Roda de Ter durant la jornada lectiva i no lectiva, segons el seu sexe. Primer de tot, s’ha realitzat una base teòrica partint de l’evidència científica a partir d’una revisió bibliogràfica d’alguna autors especialitzats en la temàtica. A continuació, s’han obtingut els resultats per mitjà de tres instruments: les enquestes, el seguiment de dos infants d’ambdós sexes durant quinze dies de la jornada lectiva i, finalment, les dades registrades per un rellotge electrònic durant la mateixa observació. Finalment, s’ha portat a terme la discussió contrastant els mateixos resultats amb l’evidència científica de la bibliografia més rellevant. En conclusió, l’estudi reflecteix que les escoles de primària de Roda de Ter no satisfan els nivells mínims d’AF que recomanen els experts només en l’horari lectiu.^^^^

In this study, research has been carried out on the levels of physical activity in sixth grade in primary school education in Roda de Ter during school and non-school hours, between boys or girls. The work is related to the specialty of Physical Education.
The purpose of this project is to know the levels of physical activity that boys and girls have in sixth grade in Roda de Ter primary schools during the school and non-school hours, according to their gender. First, a theoretical basis has been made based on scientific evidence build on a bibliographic review by some specialized authors. The results were obtained by three instruments: surveys observation of two children, one boy and one girl, for fifteen days during the school hours and finally the numbers recorded by an electronic clock during the same observation. Finally, the discussion was carried out by contrasting these results across the scientific evidence from the most relevant bibliography. In conclusion, the study shows that Roda de Ter’s sixth grade students do not meet the minimum levels of AF recommended by experts during school hours.^^^^
