dc.description.abstract This report provides an analysis and evaluation of the Media Culture 2020 Project explaining what the project is about, which methodology we have followed, in which theoretical framework we can place the project as well as a shortly explanation of all the work done during the project. This paper pretends to illustrate by the example of the project mentioned a different way to work, using new technologies, flat structure, creating a strong group, empowering the team and using techniques like learning by others experiences or learning by doing. Our work does not pretend to be and investigation paper although it wants to be more than a simple explanation or memory of a project. It wants to after shortly summarize the project and the work done, to conclude with some learning and its applications into the companies, universities or work teams.
