La hipoteràpia aplicada en alumnes amb trastorn de l'espectre autista

Abstract

A continuació, es pot trobar un treball de recerca i investigació, conegut amb el nom de Treball final de Grau. El tema principal d’aquest estudi és sobre la hipoteràpia aplicada a alumnes amb autisme, per aquest motiu la principal finalitat d’aquesta recerca és identificar i conèixer com beneficia la teràpia amb cavalls a l’alumnat amb Trastorn de l’Espectre Autista. Per portar a terme aquest procés d’investigació ha sigut necessari el disseny d’un projecte d’investigació que, entre d’altres tasques, ha suposat l’aplicació d’un conjunt d’instruments de recollida de dades, principalment d’entrevistes i qüestionaris, aquests han estat centrats en l’obtenció d’informació de les principals categories implicades en l’estudi. Finalment, s’ha valorat l’eficiència de la teràpia i altres aspectes importants al voltant d’aquesta a través de tres perspectives diferents: l’escola, el centre de teràpia i la família. Els resultats de la investigació realitzada, apunten que, la hipoteràpia beneficia als alumnes que presenten aquest trastorn i a més es confirmen millores en molts aspectes de la seva vida diària, ja que aquestes es veuen reflectides en tots els contextos on l’alumne es desenvolupa.

Here you can find a research and investigation, known with the name of “Treball Final de Grau”. The main theme of this study is about hippotherapy applied to students with autism, so the main purpose of this research is to identify and know what benefits theraphy gives to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In order to carry out this research process has been necessary to implement a set of instruments for collecting data, mainly of interviews and questionnaires. These methods have been focused on obtaining information on the main categories involved in the study. Finally, has been done an overall assessment on the efficiency of the hippotherapy and other important aspects around this through three different perspectives: the school, the therapy center and family. The results of the investigation suggest that the hippotherapy benefits to students who have this disorder and also confirm improvements in many aspects of their daily lives, as these are reflected in all contexts where the student develops.
