Preparació fisioterapèutica del genoll prèvia a una intervenció de lligament creuat anterior en judokes

Abstract

Context: La pràctica de judo es un conjunt d’aprenentatge molt beneficiós a nivell mental però igualment, permet millorar el estat de salut en general. No obstant, el judo es un esport traumàtic per a totes les parts del cos. Cada any, son més jugadors que arriben a nivell competitiu nacional. Els jugadors s’han de preparar i entrenar correctament per evitar al màxim els riscos de lesió. En el estudi ens centrarem en les ruptures de lligament anterior que son una lesió freqüent en els judokes d’elit. Objectius de l’estudi: En aquest treball, realitzem un protocol enfocat a la preparació fisioterapèutica preoperatòria de genoll per els judokes d’elit que van patir una ruptura total de lligament creuat anterior. L’objectiu principal és de demostrar que gràcies a la preparació enfocada a l’increment de la musculatura, treball de la propiocepció de genoll i el treball de l’amplitud articular; els esportistes seran capaços de tornar a competir més ràpidament i amb més seguretat a nivell de genoll respecte als esportistes que segueixen el tractament convencional. Graciés als resultats, podríem pretendre a disminuir el temps de rehabilitació i per tant, pretendre a disminuir els costos a l’àmbit sanitari. Mètode: La població d’estudi compren una mostra de 76 participants. El mètode de comparació es realitza amb un estudi experimental amb dos grups. El primer grup esta composat de 38 judokes d’elit que estan sotmesos a un protocol de preparació preoperatori de fisioteràpia dissenyat, aquest es el grup de casos. L’altre grup esta format de 38 judokes d’elit que no segueixen cap tipus de preparació preoperatòria sinó només el tractament habitual, aquell es el grup control. Resultats: Es preveu una recuperació del genoll més rapida i segura seguidament a una preparació preoperatòria amb un protocol en concret. Els resultats ajudarien a desenvolupar el buit de coneixement i a realitzar varis estudis per llavors facilitar la rehabilitació dels judokes.

Background: Judo is a sport which combines a lot of knowledge; it is very beneficial for general health and also helps improving mental functions. However, judo is a traumatic sport for the whole human body. Each year, more and more people decide to practice this sport and succeed to reach the national level of competition. Judokas have to train and be correctly prepared to prevent their bodies from the risk of injury. In this study, we will focus on anterior cruciate ligament which is a common injury in high level judoka. Aim of study: This project aims at developing a protocol focused on the pre-surgical physiotherapist preparation of the knee for high level judokas who suffered a total rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament. The main objective aims at demonstrating that thanks to the preparation focused on the strengthening of the thigh’s muscles, improving the knee’s proprioception and the range of motion of the knee; the athletes are able to compete again quicker and safer than the athletes who don’t have any type of preparation before surgery. Thanks to the results, we could pretend to reduce the physiotherapist rehabilitation and so reduce the economic cost in the health area. Material/Method: The study population includes a sample of 76 participants. The method of comparison is an experimental study based two groups. The first group is composed of 38 judokas practicing in high level who are submitted to a preparation pre-surgical, they are the experimental group. The other group is composed of 38 judokas practicing high level but they aren’t submitted to any kind of preparation before surgery except the conventional rehabilitation, they are the control group. Resultats: The results of the study foresee a recovery of knee faster and safer after a preoperative preparation with a specific protocol. The results could help to develop the knowledge of this topic and then perform several studies to facilitate the rehabilitation of judokas.
