Els objectius d'aquest treball és conèixer quin tipus de lesions es produeixen en un equip infantil i cadet de futbol base masculí, aplicar un treball preventiu per poder conèixer si existeix una reducció de les lesions mitjançant aquest tipus de treball. I de manera més específica, conèixer la gravetat de les lesions d'aquest edat i conèixer quin grup d'edat en el futbol no es lesiona i perquè.
Per poder realitzar aquest treball he utilitzat un grup control, on no realitzaven treball preventiu i un experimental, que sí el portava a terme. S'ha enregistrat i classificat el tipus de lesions que han anat sorgint en els esportistes per posteriorment realitzar una comparativa entre un grup i l'altre.
Com a conclusions del treball, podem dir que dur a terme un bon treball preventiu disminueix el nombre de lesiones esportives durant la temporada, on les lesions musculars més importants són les que s'han reduït un 13 % envers un altre grup on no ha desenvolupat cap tipus de treball preventiu durant el transcurs de la temporada.

The objectives of this work is to know what type of injuries occur in two youth football teams from the same club, apply preventive work to ascertain whether there is an injury reduction through this kind of work. And more specifically, knowing the severity of injuries in this age and know what age group in football does not hurt and why. To make this work, I worked with two groups where one of them worked with no preventive work performed and the other one they had to carry out a preventive work during the six months of the season. Everything was recorded and rated so that we could make a comparison between one group and another.
As a conclusion of the study, we can say that a good conduct preventive work reduces the number of sports injuries during the season, where muscle strains are the most important to be reduced by 13% towards another group which has not developed any preventive work during the course of the season^^^^
