La Relació que s’estableix entre l’escola i les famílies a l’Escola Vedruna de Ripoll

Abstract

Les relacions que estableixen família i escola han anat variant en funció de la societat del moment (diferents maneres de viure, de pensar, d’establir vincles, etcètera). Diversos autors que tracten la temàtica reivindiquen la seva preocupació sobre com s’estableixen els vincles entre família i escola i sobre com es podria millorar aquesta relació. En aquest Treball de Final de Grau s’han explorat i analitzat els vincles que s’estableixen entre els progenitors de l’alumnat i els docents a l’Escola Vedruna de Ripoll i tots els factors i fenòmens implicats (importància de la comunicació, espais de comunicació, diferents maneres de participar, etcètera). L’estudi realitzat ha permès elaborar un seguit de recomanacions (bones pràctiques i propostes de millora) per tal d’intentar millorar els lligams tant quantitativament com qualitativament d’aquests agents educatius.

The relationships between families and educational institutions have been in constant change together with the evolution of the society (new ways of living, thinking, establishing networks, etc.). Many theorist on the field have showed their preoccupation about this fact, while working on the best way to improve this family-school interaction. This Final Degree Project explores and analyses the ties created between the parents of the students, and the teaching staff of the Primary School Escola Vedruna in Ripoll; as well as all the aspects involved in this relationship, such as the importance of communication, communication spaces and different ways of participating. This research conforms the basis for the concluding recommendations on best practices, which aims at improving, qualitatively and quantitatively, the ties between the educational agents.
