Del centre al carrer: transició a la vida adulta

Abstract

Aquest treball de final de grau d‟Educació Social es basa en l‟estudi sobre els recursos que tenen els joves de 18 anys al sortir del centre residencial d‟acció educativa. La recerca intenta comprovar si aquests recursos responen o no a les necessitats que tenen aquests nois i noies quan han d‟emancipar-se i decidir el seu futur. El treball està dividit en dos grans apartats. En primer lloc el marc teòric, on trobem el marc conceptual amb conceptes com l‟adolescència, l‟emancipació o l‟acompanyament; el marc legal amb les principals lleis que tracten aquest tema; l‟estudi de l‟ASJTET (Àrea de Suport als Joves Tutelats i Extutelats) i els IPI (Itinerari de Protecció Individualitzat). En segon lloc hi ha les sis entrevistes realitzades. Quatre d‟aquestes han estat fetes a nois i noies que han passat per un centre de menors i dues a professionals del camp de l‟Educació Social. A partir d‟aquí, he fet la categorització basant-me en sis punts claus de les entrevistes com són el trencament emocional; el recurs de la prestació econòmica de l‟ASJTET; el recurs de l‟habitatge de l‟ASJTET; la família biològica, la finalització del projecte i les expectatives de futur. Després n‟he fet la valoració del que he obtingut de cada categoria. Per últim he pogut extreure unes conclusions que m‟han servit per contestar la hipòtesi de la meva recerca.

This Social Education final project is based on the study of 18-years-old people‟s resources when they leave the residential centre of educational action. The search tries to verify whether these resources respond or not to the needs of these boys and girls when they have to emancipate themselves and decide their future. The work is divided into two large sections. First, the theoretical framework, where we find the conceptual framework with concepts such as adolescence, emancipation or accompaniment; the legal framework with the main laws that deal with this topic; the study of the ASJTET (Area of Support for the Guardianship and Extorted Touths) and the IPI (Itinerary of Individualized Protection). 3 In second place, six interviews were made. Four of these have been made to boys and girls who have gone through a centre and two to professionals who works in Social Education. From here, I have done the categorization based on five key points of the interviews, such as emotional breakdown; the resource of the economic benefit of the ASJTET; the resource of the housing of the ASJTET; the biological family; the completion of the project and the expectations of the future. Then I have evaluated what I have obtained from each category. Finally, I have been able to draw some conclusions that have served me to answer the hypothesis of my research.
