Anàlisi i observació dels serveis educatius comunals de Pistoia i com aquests afavoreixen a l'atenció a la diversitat

Abstract

La recerca que exposo a continuació té com a objectiu conèixer el projecte educatiu de la ciutat de Pistoia i analitzar i observar els seus serveis educatius infantils (0-6 anys) per esbrinar com els diversos aspectes que contempla el seu projecte educatiu afavoreixen a la inclusió i a l’atenció a la diversitat. Així doncs, s’ha realitzat una fonamentació teòrica que explica la filosofia dels serveis educatius per tal de conèixer en profunditat com funcionen i quins són els aspectes més rellevants que els defineixen. Seguidament, s’ha volgut relacionar el marc teòric amb una part pràctica basada en l’observació de diversos serveis educatius, culturals i d’oci, i en entrevistes realitzades a diverses mestres, per tal de recollir informació més àmplia del projecte educatiu i poder donar resposta a la pregunta d’investigació.

This research objectives focus on getting to know the educational project of the city of Pistoia and analyzing and observing its services in childhood education (0-6yo), in order to discover the different aspects that facilitate inclusion and diversity awareness. Therefore, I’ve created a theoretical foundation that explains the philosophy of the educational services to appreciate the depth of their functionality and what are the most important aspects that define them. Moreover, I’ve related this theoretical part with a practical one which is based on the observation of the different educational, cultural and lucrative services, and on interviews with teachers. To sum up, this allowed me to collect extended information about the educational project so I could answer the main question of investigation.
