Maltractament infantil: sobre la necessitat de construir espais segurs per acompanyar a les víctimes d'abusos sexuals

Abstract

La present recerca es basa en un estudi sobre l’experiència d’algunes persones que han estat víctimes d’abusos sexuals durant la seva infància. L’objectiu principal d’aquesta serà visibilitzar una problemàtica que afecta bona part de la població, tot analitzant discursos reals de persones amb relació als fets que han viscut i el camí recorregut que les ha portat fins on són ara. Serà rellevant tenir present, en tot moment, la tasca que duen a terme les diferents professionals de l’educació social, incloses les aportacions de les professionals d’altres àmbits, sobretot dins la branca de la psicologia, per tal de comprendre certs conceptes amb relació a la problemàtica. Tanmateix, identificar perquè, avui en dia, aquest segueix sent un tema tabú, que s’amaga, o bé, es manté impune davant la llei, en cas que els casos ja hagin prescrit. Així doncs, s’indagarà en tots aquells dilemes i contradiccions que puguin tenir les persones que són víctimes d’aquests abusos i com es confronten amb la realitat tan complexa en la qual ens trobem.

This article is based on a study about the experience of some people who were sexually abused during their childhood. The main aim of this work is to make visible a problem that affects many people in this society. In addition, the actual speeches of people will be analysed, together with the relationship of the facts they have experienced. It will be important to keep in mind, always, the work done by social education professionals, but also from other areas as psychology, in order to be able to understand better some concepts in relation to the problem. Also, identify why today this issue is still a taboo, which hides, or remains unpunished by the law in those cases that had prescribed. It is for this reason that all the dilemmas and contradictions that people who are victims of these abuses may have and how they confront the very complex reality in which they find themselves, should be investigated.
