El joc simbòlic en el procés d'aprenentatge dels infants

Abstract

En aquesta investigació es pretén descriure i analitzar quin paper té el joc simbòlic en l’aprenentatge i en el desenvolupament integral dels infants de tres a sis anys. Parteixo d’una recerca qualitativa i d’una investigació-acció per tal de conèixer un grup classe en particular i identificar els seus interessos i necessitats a fi de portar a terme una proposta d’intervenció educativa sobre el joc simbòlic per millorar-lo. A través del paradigma sociocrític, doncs, pretenc implementar un canvi en la realitat educativa investigada. Els resultats de la recerca han constatat la importància de tenir cura de l’organització dels espais, de destinar temps suficient al joc, de seleccionar materials amb diverses característiques i de repensar el paper del docent per promoure contextos educatius en què el joc sigui ric i valuós i promogui l’aprenentatge i el desenvolupament dels nens i nenes.

This research aims to describe and analyse the role of symbolic play in the learning process and for the integral development of children from three to six years old. This is a qualitative research and is based on an action-research methodology to know the interests and needs of a particular group in order to implement an educational intervention based on symbolic play. At the same time, it is try to know, through a socio-critical paradigm and action research, how the organization of space, the time that is devoted to symbolic play, the materials offered and the role of the teacher influence the learning of children in the cycle of Early Childhood Education.
