(PAQ-A).

The problem of the physical inactivity every time is more present in the actual society,
especially in the young population. The propose oh this study was to identify the relation
of perceived motor competence and the level of the real motor competence and the
volumes of the physical activity. To carry out, data has been collected from 20 students
from 1r ESO in the high school La Salle, Santa Coloma de Farners, were analyzed the
levels of Motor Competence through the test Canadian Agility and Movement Skill
Assessment (CAMSA), the motor perception with the questionnaire Pictorial Scale of
Perceived Movement Skill Competence (PMSC), self-efficacy and their lifestyle (PAQ A). The results indicate that boys reported higher with the CAMSA, and the PMSC, above
all in fundamental motor skills of ball skills, most of them have the recommendation of
volumes of physical activity (<2,75) in contrast to girls. It has been seen a very clear
relationship with the fact that it there were high levels of motor competence, the practice
of physical activity is better.^^^^
