Grau de satisfacció dels clients i usuaris envers les activitats extraescolars de Sant Joan de Vilatorrada

Abstract

El present estudi analitza el grau de satisfacció dels clients i usuaris envers les activitats extraescolars de Sant Joan de Vilatorrada, aquestes activitats extraescolars es duen a terme a dues escoles del municipi de Sant Joan de Vilatorrada i el servei és ofert per l’Associació AFERC al llarg del curs escolar. El principal objectiu de l’estudi és conèixer el grau de satisfacció de la població de Sant Joan de Vilatorrada envers les activitats extraescolars que es duen a terme, i per poder valorar i conèixer aquesta satisfacció s’han realitzat qüestionaris de satisfacció a les diferents famílies que fan ús del servei d’activitats extraescolars a càrrec de l’Associació AFERC en ambdues escoles. Les conclusions de l’estudi mostren els diferents factors que tenen major afectació en la satisfacció dels usuaris i com a conseqüència mostren com de satisfets es troben envers aquest servei. Per a concloure, aquest estudi proporciona un anàlisi de diferents factors i per tant, és una eina útil per a la pròpia empresa per tal de conèixer els seus punts forts i els punts a millorar segons les satisfaccions de les pròpies famílies que en fan ús, per tal d’aconseguir una bona fidelització, un impacte en els serveis esportius del municipi i oferir un servei de qualitat i una experiència diferenciadora per a les famílies. This study analyses the degree of satisfaction of customers and users about after-school activities in Sant Joan de Vilatorrada, these after-school activities are given to term to two schools in the municipality of Sant Joan de Vilatorrada and the service is offered by the Association AFERC in charge of the school year. The main objective of the study is to know the degree of satisfaction of the population of Sant Joan de Vilatorrada about the extracurricular activities that are carried out on time, and to be able to evaluate and know this satisfaction, satisfaction questionnaires have been carried out to the different families who enjoy the service of extracurricular activities in charge of the Association AFERC in both schools. The conclusions of the study show the different factors that have a greater effect on the satisfaction of the users and as a consequence show how satisfied they are with this service. To conclude, this study provides an analysis of different factors and therefore, it is a useful tool for the company itself to know its strong points and the points to improve according to the satisfaction of the families that trust in it, in order to achieve a good loyalty, an impact on the sports services of the municipality and to offer a quality service and a differentiating experience for families.
