Anàlisis de la incorporació d'un projecte d'educació emocional en un centre educatiu

Abstract

Aquest projecte té com a objectiu principal analitzar el desenvolupament i la incorporació d’un projecte d’educació emocional en un centre d’educació Infantil i Primària. Així doncs, es realitza una recerca des del moment de la proposta del procés fins a l’actualitat, per a poder valorar quines fases han seguit, quines han sigut les seves necessitats principals i arran d’aquestes necessitats quins objectius s’han proposat per poder iniciar la planificació del projecte i posar-ho en marxa. Així mateix, es valoren la concepció de l’educació emocional i l’impacte que té l’educació emocional en els alumnes. Per a poder dur a terme aquest estudi, s'ha dut a terme un estudi de cas a través de tres entrevistes a l'assessora, a la coordinadora de l'equip de pla de millora i del centre i a una mestra i una observació a l'aula. Els resultats obtinguts ens mostren que treballar l'educació emocional a l'escola millora el benestar emocional i social i contribueix el desenvolupament integral dels alumnes. Així mateix, la implicació de les famílies és necessari, ja que la responsabilitat educativa és compartida. The main objective of this project is to analyze the development and incorporation of an emotional education project in an Early Childhood and Primary school. Thus, a research is carried out from the moment of the proposal of the process until nowadays, in order to be able to evaluate which phases have been followed, which have been the main needs and from these needs, which objectives have been proposed in order to start the planning of the project and put it into action. Likewise, the conception of emotional education and the impact that emotional education has on students is valued. In order to carry out this study, a case study has been carried out through three interviews with the evaluator, the coordinator of the classroom and center team and a teacher, and a classroom observation. The results obtained show that working on emotional education at school improves emotional and social well-being and contributes to the integral development of the students. Likewise, the involvement of families is necessary so that educational responsibility is shared.
