Un model d'institucionalització de l'Aprenentatge Servei a la Universitat de Vic-Universitat Central de Catalunya

Abstract

La tesi té per objectiu general dissenyar una proposta de model d’institucionalització de l'Aprenentatge Servei a la Universitat de Vic - Universitat Central de Catalunya. Per fer-ho, la recerca recull la veu de tots els agents imprescindibles de l’Aprenentatge Servei: L’estudiantat, el professorat, les entitats i centres educatius, la institució i la veu de persones expertes. Per dissenyar el recull de les veus i crear els instruments de recollida de dades, el marc conceptual es trena a partir de tres dinamismes: la Responsabilitat Social de la Universitat, el concepte d’Aprenentatge Servei i la institucionalització de l’Aprenentatge Servei a la Universitat. Les aportacions de la recerca són: un Pla d’Acció Estratègic per desenvolupar el procés d’institucionalització a la UVIC-UCC i un Pla Formatiu. La recerca parteix d’un enfocament sociocrític situant el mètode de l’estudi de cas i el mètode de recerca participativa i col·laborativa com l’accent d’aquesta investigació.

The thesis general aim is to design a proposal for a Service-Learning institutionalization model at University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia. To do this, the research collects the voice of all the Service-Learning essential agents: the students, the teachers, the institutions and the educational centres, the organisation and the skilled person voice. To design the collected voices and to create data collection instruments, the conceptual framework is woven from three dynamisms: the Social Responsibility of the University, the Service-Learning concept and the Service-Learning institutionalization at the University. The study contributes to a Strategic Action Plan to develop the institutionalization process in UVIC-UCC and a Training Programme. The research arises from a socio-critical approach that places the case study method and the participatory and collaborative research method as the focus of this study.
