El treball col·laboratiu entre docents

Abstract

L’escola és el reflex de la societat, d’una societat cada vegada més canviant i diversa. Dins el marc de la inclusió, els centres educatius han d’estar preparats per compartir respostes educatives ajustades a la diversitat d’alumnat que en forma part. Les figures claus per fer-ho, són els docents, a partir del desenvolupament col·lectiu de diferents pràctiques educatives inclusives, les quals tindran gran impacte en la vida dels infants. Partint d'aquesta base, l’actual recerca pretén identificar i analitzar diferents moments on es produeixen processos de col·laboració entre docents, centrant-se principalment en el treball en xarxa, la codocència i el lideratge compartit. Gràcies als professionals d’un centre educatiu públic, d’Infantil i Primària, a través de l’instrument del qüestionari i del desenvolupament d’un grup de discussió, s’analitzen els ítems proposats, que permeten el plantejament de millores respecte als processos de col·laboració entre docents.

School is the reflection of society, of an ever-changing and diverse society. Within the framework of inclusion, schools must be prepared to share educational responses adapted to the diversity of students who are part of it. The key figures in doing so, are teachers, based on the collective development of different inclusive educational practices, which will have a major impact on children's lives. Related to this, the current research aims to identify and analyze different moments in which collaboration processes take place between teachers, focusing mainly on networking, coteaching and shared leadership. Thanks to the professionals of a public school, Kindergarten and Elementary, using as an instrument the questionnaire and the development of a discussion group, the proposed items are analyzed, which allow the approach of improvements with regard to the processes of collaboration between teachers.
