La relació entre famílies i escola: Anàlisi en quatre centres educatius

Abstract

En aquest Treball de Final de Grau es realitza un estudi de cas múltiple sobre la relació que hi ha entre família i escola en quatre centres educatius. Aquesta relació és fonamental i indispensable per la qualitat de l’educació i com a professionals cal que vetllem per ella. És necessari entreteixir camins perquè famílies i mestres facin, amb respecte i empatia, un treball conjunt i coherent pel desenvolupament global de l’infant, el qual aquest és el principal protagonista. En aquesta recerca posem èmfasi en les diferents formes de participació de les famílies a l’escola, les vies de comunicació i el seu ús, les estratègies comunicatives que faciliten una bona comunicació, els obstacles i discrepàncies que poden sorgir, les actituds i rols dels dos agents educatius, sempre tenint en compte la singularitat de cada centre, professionals i famílies. Totes aquestes dades s’han obtingut a través de tres tècniques, les quals són anàlisi de documents, l’observació i les entrevistes. Aquestes ens han permès extreure uns resultats i unes conclusions, les quals remarquen la importància d’una bona relació família-escola. In this final thesis we present a multiple case study between families and schools in four different educational centres. This type of professional relationship is fundamental and essential to have and give a high quality of education and, as professionals, we need to look out for it. It is required to create different ways where families and teachers do, with empathy and respect, a collaborative and consistent approach for the global development of the child, which are the principal characters of this whole project. In this research we focus on the different forms of participations of families in the school, the various ways of communication and their uses, the communication strategies that facilitate a good communication, the obstacles and discrepancies that may occur, the attitudes and roles of the two educational agents, always keeping in mind the singularity of each school centre, the professionals that work there and the families. We have obtained all these data through three different methodological techniques, such as document analysis, observation, and direct interviews. Thanks to those studies we have been able to draw some results and conclusions, which point the importance of having a good relation between family and school.
