Disseny d’una intervenció de gestió de la por i les preocupacions per la covid-19 de les dones en l’etapa gestacional

Abstract

Introducció: La pandèmia ha tingut un impacte devastador en la nostra població, donant èmfasi en l’etapa gestacional. S’experimenta una intensificació de sentiments negatius a causa d’aquesta. Objectiu de l’estudi: Dissenyar i avaluar l’efectivitat d’una d’intervenció d’infermeria proposada per fer front a les pors causades per la covid19 de les dones embarassades. Metodologia: Aquest estudi es realitzarà a la unitat d’atenció primària de Tortosa i la mostra es basarà en dones embarassades que es trobin entre la segona part del primer trimestre i la primera part del segon trimestre de l’embaràs. La intervenció tindrà una durada de 8 setmanes, realitzant una sessió en grup per setmana. El disseny d’aquest estudi serà un assaig clínic aleatoritzat. Per a l’obtenció de dades s’utilitzaran les següents escales de valoració: Fear of COVID-19 Scale (FCV), qüestionari d’avaluació dels coneixements i enquesta de satisfacció. Utilitat pràctica dels resultats: La intervenció ha estat creada amb la finalitat de reduir la por i augmentar els coneixements sobre la pandèmia de la COVID19. A més, aquesta ens pot donar utilitat per situacions futures semblants o pot ajudar a fer front al buit existent que hem pogut observar en la part assistencial de la dona embarassada. Limitacions de l’estudi: Hi ha diversos factors que poden interferir en els resultats de l'estudi, com ara la falta de professionals, la manca de temps, o bé la falta de motivació dels participants i per tant les possibles baixes dels subjectes. Introduction: The pandemic has had a devastating impact on our population, with a particular emphasis on the gestational period. There has been an intensification of negative emotions due to this. Objective of the study: To design and evaluate the effectiveness of a proposed nursing intervention to address the fears caused by COVID-19 in pregnant women. Methodology: this study will be carried out in the primary care unit of Tortosa and the sample will be based on pregnant women who are between the second part of the first trimester and the first part of the second trimester of pregnancy. The intervention will last for 8 weeks, with one group session per week. The design of this study will be a randomized clinical trial. The following assessment scales will be used to obtain data: Fear of COVID-19 Scale (FCV), knowledge assessment questionnaire, and satisfaction survey. Practical utility of the results: The intervention has been created with the aim of reducing fear and increasing knowledge about the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, it may be useful for similar future situations or may help to address the existing gap that we have observed in the care of pregnant women. Limitations of the study: There are various factors that may interfere with the results of the study, such as a lack of professionals, lack of time, or lack of motivation among participants, leading to possible subject dropouts.
