La gestió del temps a una aula de segon cicle d’Educació Infantil: un estudi de cas a les Guilleries

Abstract

Amb aquest Treball de Fi de Grau es pretén analitzar en profunditat la gestió del temps a una aula d’Educació Infantil. Així doncs, és de vital importància pensar amb el temps des d’una perspectiva diferent per tal de crear una atmosfera adequada dins l’aula, i on el docent ha de tenir la calma, tranquil·litat i la paciència necessària per poder fer front a tots els reptes que se’ls planteja. Per poder realitzar el treball, s’ha aprofundit en diversos conceptes com ara les diferents dimensions del temps, l’educació lenta i els beneficis que pot aportar a l’escola. Tot seguit, i amb més coneixements, s’ha descrit, observat i analitzat la gestió del temps d’una aula en concret, per, finalment poder aportar una sèrie de propostes per millorar la quantitat i qualitat del temps.

The purpose of this Final Degree Project is to deeply analyze the time management in an Early Childhood Education classroom. Thus, it is of vital importance to think about time from different perspectives in order to create an adequate atmosphere in the classroom, and where the teacher must have the calm, tranquility and patience necessary to be able to face all the challenges that may arise. In order to carry out the work, we have gone deeper into various concepts such as different dimensions of time, slow education and benefits it can bring to the school. Then, with more knowledge, we described, observed and analyzed the time management of a specific classroom in order to finally be able to provide some proposals to improve the quantity and quality of time.
