Paper de la infermeria de triatge davant d'un pacient amb dolor toràcic: revisió bibliogràfica

Abstract

Introducció: El dolor toràcic és un dels motius més freqüents d'assistència als serveis d'urgències, la classificació dels pacients amb dolor toràcic determinarà la gravetat i la necessitat d'atenció immediata. El triatge determinarà el temps d'atenció al dolor toràcic. Objectius: conèixer les funcions i competències de la infermeria de triatge davant el dolor toràcic, descriure la guia d'actuació infermera a Espanya i descriure en l'àmbit internacional. Metodologia: Es va realitzar la pregunta d'investigació i una cerca bibliogràfica des del gener del 2015 fins al febrer del 2021 a les següents bases de dades: Elservier, Dialnet, Pubmed, Scopus i Cochrane. Resultats: La classificació del dolor toràcic és complexa, els diferents aspectes tant les característiques del professional d'infermeria i les característiques del pacient dificulten aquesta classificació tot i l'ús de noves eines i protocols. Conclusions: S'ha pogut observar les dificultats de realitzar el triatge, les patologies associades al dolor toràcic amb les seves característiques i la seqüència assistencial per part d'infermeria. No s'han trobat diferències en l'abordatge del dolor toràcic en diferents països.

Introduction: Chest pain is one of the most common reasons for attending emergency services, the classification of patients with chest pain will determine the severity and need for immediate care. Triage will determine the time of attention to chest pain. Objective: Know the functions and competences of the triage nursing in the face of thoracic pain, describe the nursing action guide in Spain and describing at international level. Methodology: The research question and bibliographic search were asked from January 2015 to February 2021 in the following databases: Elservier, Dialnet, Pubmed, Scopus and Cochrane. Results: The classification of chest pain is complex, the different aspects of both the characteristics of the nursing professional and the characteristics of the patient make this classification difficult despite the use of new tools and protocols. Conclusions: The difficulties of performing triage, pathologies associated with thoracic pain with its characteristics and nursing care sequence have been noted. No differences have been found in dealing with thoracic pain in different countries.
