La diversitat funcional en l'educació física des del punt de vista del docent. Anàlisi de les seves concepcions, formacions, experiències i estratègies

Abstract

La inclusió educativa és un dels grans reptes de l'educació en el segle XXI. És per això que el present treball es fonamenta en l'anàlisi del docent d'educació física al voltant de la diversitat funcional. Els objectius d'aquest estudi són conèixer i classificar els docents d'educació física envers la diversitat funcional tenint en compte dimensions com la formació, experiències, estratègies i concepcions. Al mateix temps, també es descriu un perfil docent d'educació física afavoridor de la inclusió. S'ha realitzat una investigació qualitativa a través d'un qüestionari que ha permès analitzar les diferents dimensions d'aquest estudi. La mostra de l'estudi ha estat de 8 docents d'educació física, dels quals 6 són dones i 2 són homes. Els resultats mostren que la majoria de docents tenen un perfil inclusiu amb relació als alumnes amb diversitat funcional tot i que existeixen algunes discrepàncies en algunes dimensions que fan que alguns docents divaguin entre dos o tres perfils.

Inclusive education is one of the biggest challenges of 21th century. It is therefore, this assignment is based on the analysis of physical education teachers facing off the functional diversity. The main objectives of this study are to know and classify the physical education teachers face off the functional diversity, taking into account areas such as formation, experiences, strategies and conceptions. At the same time, is also described a physical education teacher profile who embraces inclusion. A qualitative investigation has been carried out through a survey that has allowed to analyse the different levels of this study. The study sample has been eight physical education teachers, of whom six of them are women and two men. The results show that most of them have an inclusive profile in relation to the students with functional diversity, however, there are discrepancies in some dimensions that causes that some teachers wander between two or three profiles.
