participants.^^^^

The benefits of aquatic therapy in children with brain injury have been properly described in
several studies. However, there is a lack of programming in terms of this intervention. As a
result of the motor disorder, the execution of daily activities can be altered, causing an important
impact on the child's general health and well-being, decreasing their perception of quality of life.
Participating in leisure activities, these children may develop different skills, improve their
physical and mental health, enhance their skills and establish more and new social relations.
The aim of the following study is to analyze the quality of life between children with brain injury
through the application of aquatic therapy and play therapy inside the water.
To carry this out, we have chosen a qualitative approach and a cross study. It will be attended
by 15 children, aged between 8 and 10 years. Observation and interviews will be used to obtain
all the information.
It should be reminded that the findings could be different if the research was carried out in
another context, due to the fact that we’ve deeply worked with the perception of the participants.^^^^
