L'Autoconcepte Físic dels adolescents s'ha vist afectat en els darrers anys a
conseqüència dels canvis socials i l'augment de les noves tecnologies. La influència
constant de les xarxes socials i la pressió social associada han generat un impacte
significatiu en aquest aspecte del desenvolupament dels adolescents. Aquest
fenomen és particularment preocupant en aquesta etapa de la vida, ja que els
adolescents es troben en un moment clau de desenvolupament personal, físic, social
i emocional. En aquest context, el present estudi té com a objectius identificar
l'Autoconcepte Físic actual dels alumnes de Secundària i les variables que tenen un
major impacte i influència en aquest aspecte. Per dur a terme la investigació, s'ha
realitzat el qüestionari CAF (Qüestionari d’Autoconcepte Físic) a 70 alumnes de
quatre cursos d'ESO de l'Institut A. Els resultats obtinguts revelen un Autoconcepte
Físic molt baix entre l'alumnat, amb diferències significatives segons el sexe i el lloc
de naixement dels estudiants i les seves famílies. A més, s'ha constatat que els
entorns més immediats i pròxims als quals estan exposats aquests adolescents, com
els centres esportius/gimnasos i l'escola, exerceixen una influència significativa i
afecten l'Autoconcepte Físic d'ells/es. Això posa de manifest el paper fonamental que
tenen tots els agents educatius sobre aquesta qüestió.

The Physical Self-Concept of adolescents has been affected in recent years as a result
of social changes and the increase in new technologies. The influence of social
networks and social pressure have generated a very large impact on the development
of teenagers. This phenomenon is worrying at this stage of life, as teenagers are at a
key moment of personal, physical, social and emotional development. This study aims
to identify the current Physical Self-Concept of High School students and the variables
that have a greater impact and influence on this aspect. To carry out the research, the
CAF questionnaire (Physical Self-Concept Questionnaire) was administered to 70
students from the different ESO courses of Institute A. The results obtained show a
very low Physical Self-Concept among the students, with differences according to
gender and place of birth of the students and their families. In addition, it has been
seen that the most immediate and closest environments to which these teenagers are
exposed, such as sports centers/gyms and school, have a significant influence and
affect their Physical Self-Concept. This fact demonstrates the fundamental role that all
educational agents have in this matter.
