En aquest article s’explica el començament d’un procés de reflexió, iniciat aquest curs 18-19, per a dur a
terme un pla de millora educativa en l’àmbit matemàtic i concretament en la dimensió de resolució de
problemes. En aquest procés s’explica com un equip de mestres de l’escola Guillem de Mont-rodon de
Vic hem reflexionat sobre el treball competencial de les matemàtiques en la dimensió de resolució de
problemes. Per fer-ho hem fet una anàlisi de l’objectiu de millora, la formulació i el disseny de noves
propostes, el seguiment i la valoració d’aquestes propostes per acabar amb l’avaluació del procés i dels
seus resultats. L’anàlisi dels resultats ens permetrà prendre decisions de continuïtat i avançar cap a la
transferència d’aquests coneixements a la resta de cursos i/o cicles de l’escola. L’observació que ens ha
portat a la reflexió, a l’obtenció d’uns resultats, a l’anàlisi dels mateixos, i a la discussió final, l’hem
centrat en un grup pilot de 2n de primària de l’escola.^^^^

This article explains the beginning of a reflection process started during the course 2018-2019 in order to
carry out and education improvement plan in the area of mathematics, and more specifically, regarding
the aspect of problem solving. This process presents how a team of teachers from the primary school
“Guillem de Mont-rodon” in Vic have reflected on the competencial work of mathematics as far as
problem resolution is concerned. An analysis has been conducted of the improvement objectives, the
formulation and design of new proposals, the follow-up and assessment of these proposals, to finish with
the evaluation of the process and its results. The analysis of these results will allow us to make decisions
on the continuity of this project and to proceed to transfer this knowledge to the rest of the school
courses / cycles. The observation that has led us to this reflection, to the collection of results and their
analysis, and eventually to the final discussion has been centred on a pilot group of 2nd grade students.^^^^
